The Ministry of Finance, under the guidelines of the Poverty Reduction Strategy, is responsible for implementing the program, providing an opportunity for thousands of children and young people at different stages of vulnerability, to spend free time in a positive way, changing attitudes, creating social values, providing comprehensive care with the necessary tools so that children and youth can acquire a new vision of life through computer science, art and culture. We offer them an adequate physical infrastructure, furniture, materials and equipment necessary for the services provided, with a team of qualified professionals in the respective areas.

VISION: To promote equity and human development with a comprehensive care, technical training and cultural/artistic stimulation for children and youth at risk.

MISSION: To develop new models to tackle urban poverty with a holistic approach, providing development opportunities in a participatory, integrated and multi sector approach, according to an already established NATION PLAN AND COUNTRY VISION, in coordination with the policies of the Ministry of Finance and its commitment towards social responsibility.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE: To invest in the change of life and training of children and youth of Honduras, through a comprehensive cultural and artistic education.



Piloto 7/14 años, as its name implies, provides care for a vulnerable population, aged between seven and fourteen, who are studying under the national education system.

In Piloto 7/14 Años, we specifically develop our focus of attention according to the interests, skills and / or talents in four (04) artistic and one (1) technical discipline, such as computer science.

The art workshops are developed based on the delivery of a package of attention services, providing the necessary tools for the stimulation and appreciation in the artistic area, prompting a life-changing change of vision. We offer art workshops in the following disciplines: visual arts, dance, music and theatre. We also offer psycho-social counselling/assistance.

  • Age: 18-29 years old.
  • Gender: Indifferent.
  • Language: Spanish, in a level understandable to interact/ work with children.
  • Studies: Middle to senior academic level, experience or studying in the artistic area (art in general, performing arts, cinema, theatre, dance, visual arts, music, literature). Average to superior level or studying in the area of computer science or computer systems.
  • Abilities and Attitudes: Aptitude to deal with and interact with children and youth, good interpersonal relations.
  • Religion: Indifferent.
  • Tobacco: According to the Law, smoking in the workplace is prohibited.
  • Piercings/tattoos/dreadlocks: No problem.
