Hogar Miguel Leon is a a centre (girls and boys) and adolsecents who are at risk. For example addicted children or children of addicted parents. It is a host project of about 2000 metres of area, which accomodate 36 children aged 3-18 years. The place is located in the historic centre of the city of Cuenca.
Here a home is provided for disadvantaged girls and boys. In this place the people help the children to get up, groom them, go to school, feed them, control the tasks as well as enchance their knowledge. The host project is the family for these children.
A person with sufficient maturity to maintain respectful relationships with children, since they come from dysfunctional homes. It is necessary that the volunteer knows some Spanish.
