The project is a Quichua-school that is located in the Mayorista market in Quito. The project receives about 150 indigenous children aged 5 to 20 years from the surrounding areas whose parents are working in the market or the surrounding streets.
The project exists with the purpose of educating children especially in English and arts. After school, there are different clubs as well as a recycling project.
The volunteer must be responsible, active, creative and have a basic level of Spanish. The project welcomes both female and male volunteers, as long as he/she is open to work with indigenous people.
