He was convinced that not only economical help is important, but plenty more the understanding and mentality of the people he works with needs to change to be successful in his work and to help lasting. Our aim is to improve the quality of life of the people that live in the endangered areas and to promote a sustainable development.

The volunteer would live in an apartment owned by Sembrar Esperanza.

The project is a small kindergarten that works with children aged 1 to 6 years whose parents have a low income. Many of the mothers raise their children alone. Within the project the housemistresses realize handicrafts with the children, play with the toys and offer physical education, music and English classes.

We need an orderly, responsible, active, social and dynamic volunteer. He/She should have a basic level of Spanish. We don’t care about the sex.
